Job Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Benefits: This role offers competitive compensation, including paid parking, a Retirement Plan with an employer match, paid holidays, and 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO).
What to Expect in Your Daily Routine:
You’ll enjoy a diverse and engaging workday, where you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and organizing client files for appointments
- Managing the printing, preparation, and organization of documents for meetings
- Scanning and filing client documents electronically
- Distributing documents to clients
- Sending and receiving faxes as needed
- Serving as a witness during client document signings
- Managing and responding to email correspondence efficiently
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with electronic document recording and filing
- Communicating with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate assistance
- Serve as the warm, welcoming face of the office, greeting and assisting all incoming clients with professionalism and a positive attitude

Legal Assistant

What will my standard day be like? A lot of variety!
- Draft estate planning documents and standard operating procedures
- Manage email.
- Collaborate with the estate planning paralegal to ensure client files are thoroughly completed
- Act as a Witness for client signing appointments
- Speaking with new and returning clients to assess their needs and offer assistance
