For more than 30 years, Yanowitz Law Firm has helped Minnesota families through some of life's most important moments. Our attorneys meet weekly to discuss challenging cases, exchange perspectives and learn from one another, offering both professional independence and the support of a collaborative attorney team.
The firm has invested in experienced staff, technology and established systems that help the practice run efficiently, allowing attorneys to focus more of their energy on clients and practicing law.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Minnesota estate planning and probate experience
- Ability to manage files and produce high-quality work with limited supervision
- Strong writing, communication and compassionate client service
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with technology and established processes
- A collaborative attorney who values consistency and accountability
Compensation, Flexibility and Benefits
- $115,000–$150,000 salary, based on experience
- Financial bonus opportunity
- 4 weeks total paid time off, plus an opportunity to earn additional PTO
- Health insurance, 401(k) employer match and paid holidays
- Hybrid flexibility, generally three days available in Rochester for client appointments and approximately two remote days
- Firm-paid opportunities for conferences and ongoing legal education
