Getting Started
The first step is to schedule an initial appointment with us. When you schedule your appointment, we will send to you an Estate Planning Worksheet. This Worksheet informs us about your family, your wishes and your assets. Your assistance in completing it will make our first meeting more productive. If you do not have an answer for a question, put a question mark by it and we will discuss it together.
How Much Does An Estate Plan Cost?
Many people wonder how much an estate plan or estate or trust administration will cost – our fees depend upon the complexity of your situation and your preference for an hourly or a fixed fee structure. We offer both options after an initial meeting. Clients engage our firm with a written agreement after this meeting.
